Joypur Panchanan Roy College

Vision:
To be one of the best colleges in the district of Howrah through a combination of imparting quality education and promoting a sense of human values among the students. The Vision and the Mission of the College are communicated through the Prospectus which is published annually and also through the Induction meeting with the students of the first year held at the beginning of the session.

Mission:
1. To spread Higher Education in the rural area.
2. To achieve excellence in education.
3. To enable the students of the rural area to obtain the degrees essential for pursuing post  graduate degrees and competitive examinations.
4. To contribute to the over-all development of the rural area by participating in the community activities.
